Tom and I spent Memorial Day changing out the shutters and window boxes on the front of our house. Then we planted some flowers. Well, Tom did most of the work because I felt really off that day. I sliced my finger at one point. I had Tom helping me put on a bandage and almost felt like I was going to pass out. Like I said "off."
Ta-da... New shutters, window boxes... The hostas have been planted for a couple years and you can definately tell Tom's been working on getting the grass to grow in the yard. ;)
We also planted some impatiens since my yard is so incredibly shady. I'm always lucky if I can get a few to grow. Oh and we added mulch to the beds.
Next up is adding some rock to the side of the house, replanting some grass, and taking out the trunk/stump in the front yard.
