We had the best sweet corn yesterday. So yummy and full of kernels, no empty spots. The first batch we got a week ago was full of bugs and not that great. (Of course that batch was free and we paid for this batch).

I cut some off for Ethan, but he INSISTED on eating it like Mama and Dada.

He did pretty good. I was impressed. So cute!

The following features four of my favorite scenes this super season from four of my favorite shows. (Alliteration!) (Fringe has also been added to the list lately (Thank you Val) but I haven't seen all of that season yet). (Parentheses!)

Side note: Rereading some of the stuff I've typed tonight, my grammar has gotten really badder. Stupid texting/internet/laziness.

I suppose this is quite spoiler-y if you don't know anything about Chuck, but this was probably my favorite episode this season and this scene was the pinnacle. Morgan is a great best friend and finally finds out Chuck's secret. Although there is one really cheesy line in this scene, Chuck has always had a bit of cheese and you know what it works to the show's advantage I think. The Morgan poke at the end kills me.

Another impossible one to pick out. However, this scene literally had me laughing so hard I was crying the first time I saw it. More out of the physical comedy than the dialogue (which is always spectacular on The Big Bang Theory). Sheldon hasn't been able to sleep because he's stuck on a scientific problem and has gone, shall we say, uber-crazy, because really the guy is crazy on a normal day.

Ok I didn't want to call it best. Mostly because I think that is impossible to define! But this was definitely up there. Great character moment. Amazing acting. Emotional. Awesome.....

Little set up... Cameron and Mitchell are on there way to their nephew's birthday party. Mitchell is embarrassed by the clown costume. Cameron tends to be a bit dramatic and slightly effeminate, but we see a different side of him here.

Come on in...

The bubble mower is quite fickle. Bubbles are rare sites.

Still fun to push around though.

C'mon Dad, let's get the fireworks started.

Grandpa and Grandma came up to visit.

Still waiting....

Happy here... but hiding behind his hands and cuddled to Mom and Grandma soon after. After a while though, he warmed up to the idea and "oohed" and "ahhed" with us. Dad offered up a good show!

Pool Time!

Let's float on our tummies and swim to the toy!

REACH!!!!

Almost to the toy....

The toy is captured.

Are you ready to jump in???

Look at me, Ma!

Splash!

Fun in the Sun.

It's Tuesday evening and I give Tom the task of taking some pictures of Ethan playing at the park and perhaps my softball game. You can see the fruit of that request below, pictures of our dinner after since Tom forgot. Don't give him too hard a time though. He genuinely forgot. My parents were closer than normal that day so they popped 'round to see us. We ate at a yummy local deli that I love and Tom does not. Therefore we don't frequent it often. Good times.
