A very long version of Lauren's cliff notes to Lost... not a recap per se, just stuff I notice and want to point out or talk about...



The clock strikes 8:15 for Dr. Pierre Chang, Hurley's numbers. The baby's awake... Man, I wish my baby woke at 8:15, more like 6:15....

Dr. Chang puts on a record...Shotgun Willie, Willie Nelson...similar to the Season 2 opener revealing Desmond....the record skips like island skips through time as Faraday explains later.

Woah! Sawyer's filming Dr. Chang in the Dharma video... oh wait, just a look alike...



Apparently, there's limitless energy near the orchid station, Ooooo a sonogram...it's a Boy!, or a Frozen Donkey Wheel!... Workman's got the nosebleed time travel sickness... and FARADAY's back with the Dharma Initiative. We've got full fledged time travel folks. It's been hinted at before but now... I am totally loving this.



Ben's recruited Jack, wonders what Locke told Jack...Didn't tell him what happened after they left exactly....Ben: "I guess we'll never know." Did you see his face, he totally knows what happened....



What's up with the creepy "assistant" lawyer visiting Kate??? I think Ben sent them to scare Kate into running and thus more likely to go back to the island...

Faraday explains they are "dislodged" from time after Sawyer's slaps him around. (My wild theory offshoot of this is that the whispers they always here in the jungle are a result of the time skipping like the record skipping... I don't really know though...) Faraday asks if they are all accounted for and Saywer mentions Locke... What about Claire?!?

The island or the losties (I think it's the losties) jump back to when the beechcraft with Yemi crashes.... Ethan reappears! and shoots Locke!



Sun is detained by Widmore and seems disingenuous.... She's seems this way again with Kate later on... Maybe she's now working for Ben??? Her flight is number 23 leaving at gate 15, more numbers

Funny Quotes:: Hurley: "Maybe if you ate more comfort food you wouldn't have to go around shooting people." "I need a cool code name." What about all those lovely Sawyer nicknames??

Sayid wins the best use of the dishwasher as a weapon award...gives Hurley what I think is bad advice to do the opposite of what Ben says...

Funny Quotes:: Locke and Richard: "Ethan shot me." "What comes around goes around." "It's a compass." "What's it do?" "It points north."

The compass is also one of the items Richard gives to young Locke to choose from when he first meets him. Locke is told he has to die to convince the 6 to come back...creepy...

Charlotte gets a nosebleed...starts to display signs of the time travel sickness... not looking good...Faraday can figure out new bearing with what appears to be the benjamin franklin glasses from National Treasure..



Faraday talks to Desmond because he's special and the rules don't apply to him... so was it for Desmond a memory or a dream or more consciousness time travel.



Ana Lucia pulls Hurley over...tells him not to get arrested..."Libby says Hi"....should have listened to her....

Alas, poor Frogurt dies by the fire...

At the beginning, we hear some backwards speak, with Locke saying "When am I? At the end, the computer says "Event Window Determined." And is that a baby for Desmond and Penny?!? Only 11 more days!
